Unlike a lot of farms our farm is in a village. Boebing, with a population of 1600, is a pretty place set in rolling countryside and with the Alps as a backdrop.

Being only 25 km north of Oberammergau there is lots to keep you busy in the area:

You could go swimming in the local lake, walk in the woods, take a horse drawn tour, you can play tennis, bowls and in winter there are good facilities for those who like to ski. There are two ski lifts near by and the area is great for cross country skiing.

If you prefer a slightly more relaxed time, there are many local Beer Gardens which serve fine local beer and food and a number of different traditional "Fests" throughout the year.
